Your Bali order, from bag to door
A considered order starts with the exact pen, a complete address and a clear total. Here is the Senbeil process.

Choose the exact pen
Start with the individual product page. Look at the pen and box, read the labelled content and choose the variant you want. Senbeil shows the complete price in Indonesian rupiah alongside the product information, so the selection stays specific from the first click.
If you are choosing a bundle, read both component names. A bundle contains two separate pens, and each component links to its own page. You can review the individual details before returning to the set.
Review the complete bag
Your bag keeps the selected items and quantities together. Change a quantity or remove an item before you continue. Check the items subtotal, the delivery charge and the combined total rather than relying on a price remembered from an earlier screen.
Delivery costs IDR 100,000 when the order contains fewer than three physical pens. From three pens, it is free. One two-pen bundle plus an individual pen counts as three; two bundles count as four. An accessory box does not count toward that threshold.
Give the team a usable address
Use a contact number that is reachable during your Bali stay. For a villa or hotel, include its name and full address. Add a brief direction when an entrance or lane is difficult to locate. These details are more useful than a room number without the property name.
After submitting, wait for the saved-order confirmation and keep its order number. If there is a connection error, use the retry option instead of starting several new orders. The checkout is designed to recover the same submission when the first response is uncertain.
Confirm the practical arrangements
Use the WhatsApp handoff with your order number to speak to the team about the address, timing and payment arrangements. The saved record makes the selection easy to identify. It does not mean that a courier has already arrived or that a payment has been taken.
When the parcel is received, match the supplied products to the order and read the pack information. Keep the product guide and packaging details available if you need to ask a follow-up question.
