The details worth checking on your pen and pack
Product name, total content, accessories and batch documents: four details that make a product page more useful.

Read the complete name
Start with the product name printed on the pen and its packaging. Similar-looking pen devices can contain different products, so colour alone is not enough. The page title, selected variant and label should describe the same format.
The yellow Melanotan II pen, for example, is labelled Melanotan II 20. The violet GHK-Cu pen is labelled GHK-Cu 50. The number refers to the labelled total content of the respective pen; it is not a personalised instruction for an individual dose.
Look at the pen and box separately
The full-pen photograph helps you recognise the device. The box view provides another way to check the product and packaging, while the close-up focuses on the selector. Use these views together instead of relying only on a decorative image from the home page.
Editorial scenes show a product in a visual setting. For the most specific details, return to the individual product page and the information supplied with the actual pack. Photographs and generated illustrations have different purposes, and neither replaces checking the delivered label.
Know what is included
The listed pen pack includes one prefilled pen, eight pen needles and a product guide. The separate 30-piece needle box is an additional accessory. A two-pen bundle includes the two named pen products, rather than one mixed product.
Review the contents before placing the order, particularly when comparing an individual pen with a set. The product and bundle pages show the full price and provide links between the set and its components.
Match documents to the product
Where a manufacturer Certificate of Analysis is supplied, open the document and check the product name and batch information. Ask the team for the document corresponding to the pack you are considering if you need to confirm a batch match.
Keep the supplied product guide and follow the labelled handling and storage information for that pack. If a label, document or item differs from the order, contact the team with the order number and the specific detail that needs checking.
