Your order, clearly explained.

Selection and prices

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and refer to the selected product or bundle. Review the item, variant and quantity in checkout. Current prices and delivery are calculated before the order is saved.

Delivery

Bali delivery is IDR 100,000 below three physical pens, and free from three pens. A two-pen bundle counts as two pens. Accessories do not count as pens. Delivery timing and the final address are confirmed with our team.

Order confirmation and payment

Saving your order creates a reference number for the team. It does not take a payment or confirm dispatch. Continue on WhatsApp to confirm availability, delivery and payment arrangements. Do not send card details in the order note.

Changes and questions

Contact the team with your order number if you need to change the selection or address, or if there is a problem with your parcel. Please arrange changes before dispatch.
